General Questions

Q) Do you build very small websites, just 5-10 pages?

A) We wouldn't say no straight off, we welcome any enquiry no matter how small. However, if we felt that we could save you money by recommending an alternative solution, then we will point you in the right direction.

Q) I have a website already and I just want some improvements made to it, can you do this?

A) Yes!, we build and develop all kinds of additional features for existing websites. Just contact us with your requirements to see what we can do for you.

Q) Can I just buy, download and install your products?

A) Not right now, but we may introduce this in the future. Currently, we prefer to have an active working relationship with our clients who use our products.  

Q) Can you customize the functionality of your products to suit my needs?

A) Yes!, we can customize the functionality of many product features. Our products are built on modular software architecture which gives us a large amount of flexibility when tailoring our products for our clients.

Q) If I buy one of your products and I have problems, will you provide support?

A) Yes!, when you buy any of our products you get 3 months help and support as standard (via our client knowledge portal). We also offer a range of support packages which can extend this time period.

Q) What kind of support for your products do you provide?

A) We provide full support for the (front end) use of our products. In addition to the help which is provided with each product, you will be given secure login details to our exclusive client knowledge portal where you can read additional help articles and how to guides. Furthermore, if your really stuck on a particular issue you will be able to send us a support ticket describing your problem.

Q) Can I modify the source code of your products?

A) Not at this time, but we may consider this option in the future. IMPORTANT - any source code modifications made to our products not authorized in writing by us will make the warranty and support we provide with our products null and void.

Q) Can I modify the source code of templates provided with your products?

A) Yes!, where the product provides you with the ability to customize templates.  

Q) Can I host your products on my server?

A) Yes!, we can install our products on your server providing it meets the minimum sysytem requirements for a product install. Just contact us and provide us with your FTP details and we can check for you.

We recommend hosting with us, as our server is fully configured to run all our products. If we have to configure your server or install extensions and plugins to enable our products to function correctly, then this will ultimately cost you more money. You will find that hosting with us is the most cost effective solution!.

Q) All your products come with ready to use templates. Can you customize these to match my brand identity?

A) Yes!, we can custom build and design templates for all our products to integrate seamlessly with your brand identity.

Q) I already have a website, can you integrate your products into my existing solution?

A) In most cases yes!, it would depend on the product and we would have to review your current solution to see what issuies may arrise during an integration process. But you can be assured that we will give you the best possible advice and make you fully aware of ALL costs that may be associated with the integration process.

Q) I already have a website, can you migrate my content into one or more of your products?

A) Yes!, we can migrate your content into any of our products for you.

Q) Do you upgrade and improve your products? Will I get the upgrades when you release them?

A) Yes!, we are constantly improving our product range. As soon as an new release of your product is available, you will be given the option to upgrade for the life time of your support package that you choose. When you buy any of our products they come with 3 months support as standard this can optionally be extended to 6 months / 12 months periods at an extra cost.
