You can massively reduce the amount of customer supprt enquiries by providing answers to their questions as they type. Your contact / support forms then become a self-serving support system.

You can easily integrate any contact form on your web site or intranet (or use the built-in contact form) with your knowledge base, your users can get instant answers to questions that they would normally send you via email.
The Suggestive Help System acts as the first stage between you and your users, and reduces the number of emails that are sent through any contact form on your web site.
Here's how it works:
1. Someone wants to ask a question, so they fill out the contact form on your web site.
2. Using our Suggestive Help's smart search technology, articles in your knowledgebase that match the question are located, and are displayed on the page in real time. The user can then read the answers to see if their question is answered.
3. If the user still can't find an answer, they can send you their question. If enabled, this question will also be saved in your control panel as a pending item, which you can publish to your knowledge base with one click. Thus growing your knowledge base and further reducing potential enquiries.
